I need a 30 second jingle written or produced for a tv commercial. It must be hip. Tattoo customers are bikers and housewives over 30. Helpful if you promote the phone # 1-888-TATTOOING. We have to have an understanding of some kind. I cannot pay you if your finished product is not acceptable to my tastes.
