Editorials on complex litigation sought

SHORT SYNOPSIS: Looking for editorials on the topic of complex litigation. They must be delivered as txt files. The editorials should be approximately 500 words. LONG SYNOPSIS: We are looking for interesting editorial copy on the topic on complex litigation. That is legal litigation that requires more sophistication than most lawsuits. For example, breech of fiduciary duty law suits, legal malpractice litigation, cross-border or cross-industry IP and patent disputes, suits that require motions for discovery and internal investigations, suits relying on interpreted evidence or requiring proof of intent, and so forth. We are NOT looking for HTML, design or graphics. Just straight text. The text must be original, non-plagiarized and copyright free. We will own the final product and all rights, including copyright upon completion. It needs to be written for the general public to understand. For example, a history of complex litigation, a definition of complex litigation, an overview of interesting cases surrounding the subject, studies concerning the outcome or the demographic makeup of individuals involved in complex litigation, and so on. Basically, anything that might be interesting to people who enter "complex litigation" into search engines. We are looking for a number of bidders and will consider commissioning more editorials if the delivered product is satisfactory. Submit a title list of editorials, a ONE-sentence description of each, and how much you bid to do each. There is no limit to how many titles you can submit, BUT they should be different and distinct from each other. Originality in topic will weigh heavily in the selection process. We will likely buy a minimum amount of editorials from you initially to see what product you return. If we find it satisfactory, we will select more from your title list as well as from any additional title list you submit with that initial and later submissions. Please include the following in your proposal: a) the title(s) of the editorial(s) you can write and give a ONE-sentence description of each, b) upload or provide links to samples of your editorial style, c) price quote (list as final or approximate) and d) a firm estimate on how long it will take you to deliver each editorial.
