Developing screen sharing project.

I propose to solve the problem in two steps. First take the screen capture and communicate with the server, using an FPS control to define how many frames will be sent per second to the server (Better controlling the use of internet bandwidth). Then, it is necessary to create a basic user interface. The project can be done with an average of 10 days. I need a few more details to develop the project: Do you already have a program on the server that will receive these images and send it to another client? Should a specific communication protocol be used or will we only send the raw data for each frame? These questions can impact the development time and the price of the project, however I am willing to talk to you and help you make the best decisions for your project. :)
