62821 add listings to website

I have a website that is a directory listing site like a hotscripts. Right now the db is empty. I want quality content added. I want someone to take the raw db and do one of two things... manually add in records that have the text taken from the owners (not a hotscripts listing) site or make a small front end for the db and go to many script developers sites, and find scripts to add. You CANNOT take off any existing scripts site. Bid is for complete job of 500 listings. If this is not acceptable job to post please do not suspend me.
