This project is relatively simple, just a data entry form to perform data entry quick and clean. I need a data entry Form in excel to generate a title for Ebay Auction and populate a csv file from the entry. The form will have to show 3 pictures from URL. As we select options in drop box/option a title will be generated automatically. The end result is a csv file or just another tab with all the info generated. Attached is a "prototype" form with all the ideas written, of course we will polish that together. I need someone to quickly do this job, need that for the upcoming weekend.
