data entry program required

hi running red hat version 3 with full uptodate nead a program that will make a thjumb nail and a 6inch x 4 inch image for me both saying [login to view URL] all over them like a water mark so they can not easily be coppied and then zip the larh#ge file up and add it all too the oscomerce shop. so all i have to do is put the cd in the drive and open the image in something and it dose all the work for me all i have to do is add few lines in the oscomerce shop and put iin how mnay i got and how muhc they are are the zipped up image neads to be in the shop so when its paid for it can be downloaded zipped up
