B2B CONTACT LIST NEEDED (telephone number and email must be verified recently)

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working with large numbers of B2B decision makers. We have a database of roughly fifty million B2B contacts. We wish to make sure all of these are validated and verified. You should have extensive experience with not only capturing, but also verifying the phone and email numbers for B2B contacts. Generally this has been done in India and Pakistan although other countries and personnel may be helping with this process. We are offering a great deal of money for recently validated phone numbers and email addresses. You must be able to explain your spidering, validation process in detail for this position. We will pay ten thousand dollars for fifty million contacts. The type of contacts we are looking for are similar to those in Hoovers, ZoomInfo or LinkedIn. But, even those databases are not fully verified - thus we are seeking a team of individuals for such efforts. Do not contact us unless a) you have extensive experience, b) have built databases of your own in the past and can c) provide contact lists of at least five million at a time to us, d) the five million must have a recently verified phone and email and we want to know what kind of vehicle you used for same. We will be spot checking the data - generally every 5,000th record to ensure the phone and emails are valid. There must be no duplicates from any of the set of data you provide to us. If you are seriously a data miner, have access to such a large database of b2b contacts and understand why, and what we are looking for then write us.
