1- We would like to build a database of all general contractors (renovation and new construction) in the city of Montréal, Laval, North shore (Laurentians up to Mont Tremblant), South shore (Longueuil, Saint-Hubert, Brossard) and the region of Lanaudière. This database will need to include : company name, contact name, phone number, address, email address and expertise (ie: rénovation, new construction) all in separate columns in order to facilitate filters. The freelancer could use the site for all contractors association called the APCHQ and of course any other tool they might find. We would need this list quite rapidly. 2- Another database this time of all real estate brokers/agents (residential and commercial) in the same areas as above and again company name, contact name, phone number, address, email address
