I help SMEs in the UK with their recruitment and talent acquisition. My role is to help them with the process, rather than the finding of candidates per se. However, from time to time my clients need some help in generating suitable candidates to target. There are various databases and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter that are helpful in targeting candidates with the right profile. I shall not purchase such a licence as this aspect is not central and core to the service I offer. However, when I do need to generate CVs or identify suitable candidates I would be happy to have an arrangement with a freelancer who does have access to such platforms and reward them on the basis of candidates "of theirs" that ultimately commence work with my client.
