design web page

need one web page created - I will be using current header and footer - all you need to create is the middle. Page should match colors, look and feel of the current site. [login to view URL] I will have the wording - you just make it look great! A few of the links on the page should be a pop-up page. I like the pop-up that grays out the rest of the page. page should be in html - after creating the file, you will FTP the file to my server. If you do a good job - I have many other pages I'd like re-done.
