Dreamweaver : Take an existing HTML site and convert

We have purchased a HTML template which we will send to you, and want someone to convert it so that we can use it in Dreamweaver CC 20 - creating Dreamweaver templates, library items etc - so that we can edit the site quickly and from library documents etc rather than going into each file and editing individually. $30 maximum for this work.
