Design PCB for kinetic clock project

I need a PCB designed to operate this project: [login to view URL] A prototype loose-wired set-up is already working with an arduino mini, a stepper motor, a stepper driver and a real-time clock. Tasks include: 1. Design a PCB to match the functionality of the current set-up and deliver a 1 off board to be tested. 2. Produce set of production information including Gerber files and BOM for batch production with PCB factory. 3. Consult on best choice of components throughout process
