This project involves the technical and economic feasibility report for the provision of energy to public companies and infrastructures. An energy audit has been prepared in order to capture the energy needs of the public. The output of the Energy Report shall form the basis of the preparation of a Feasibility Study Report. The feasibility study report will identify potential energy sources with recommendations for best viable option, short / long term project outlook, project solutions ranging from location of energy utilities, type, effluent management, management of greenhouse gas emissions etc. It will also undertake a cost – benefit analysis of the proposed approaches and projects, preliminary CAPEX and OPEX, as well as a preliminary construction phase project schedule. The report is expected to be completed in not more than two weeks. The energy audit report will only be shared with the freelancer that is awarded.
