Here is my proposed strategy to help you succeed in contacting chinese companies to offer consulting and training services.
First , I would suggest narrowing down your target chinese market to a single niche, say like chinese companies doing foreign construction.
Then the next thing would now be to start prospecting for those companies and finding the emails, phone numbers and social media accounts for the owners of these companies, note this, "Owners of these companies" (the decision makers).
I have a way of scraping companies till I get the contacts of the owners.
From there now begins the real challenge, contacting a cold email list and be able to generate interest and inquiry.
Luckily, I also have a method for that.
Your cold emails and reach will have to be personalized and your consulting and training offer will have to be crafted to filll the needs of these companies.
Which is why we willl have to be careful when narrowing down the right prospects from the word go.
Then these emails will also have to be captivating and interesting. Thanks to my copywriting skills this will be a sweet challenge.
I have no previous experience of targeting companies in china specifically, but I have had some success with warming up my cold email lists.
