Search for US long term inmates and send form mail

I need someone to use several prison pen pal websites to seek any inmate with 15 year or longer remaining sentence in US prisons and send any one of several form letters (subjects, if applicable, with message) for my 24 clients. On May 4, I will have 2 phone services that will allow recorded messages to play back needed information and store responses. For now, I need someone to send messages to inmates in U.S. prisons for promoting defense attorney services, private parole, human rights movements, and pen pal services. I will provide the different messages and the search criteria for different prison inmate websites with form mail services. I need 20 messages sent per hour to as many prisons, but the fewest number of inmates per prison per day, as possible. Thank you.
