build me a mail Forwarding Software. --

i do have a prototype , and i can explain the working of that software, i just need someone who can Code that. its A mail forwarding software in which When the mail comes It should Forward two of the mails.! on real time basis. I need it in 2 segments : (need to add "n " number of admin pannels.) 1. admin pannel 2. super admin pannel (can disable admin pannel) need to Run this in very basic Pc (inten Duol-core Processor)
