iPhone App & Corresponding Website

I am looking for someone to help me initially develop an iPhone app that helps to teach colors in multiple languages. I have never done anything like this before and I have tried my best to give as much detail as I can. The app itself is very simple and I have outlined what I would like it to look, and feel, like in the attached Power Point presentation (please view in "Notes Page" View). This is a basic framework, I will need your help in making it functional. The app will show various languages (English and Armenian) and use a default voice to say the colors in English and Armenian. I will provide the sound files and the Armenian script for the various colors. There will be approximately 11 colors which we would cycle through. Every 4th color there would be a short quiz to play. In tandem I will also want to develop a website. A buyer of this app will be given the option in the app to visit a website where they can replace the default voice with their own. On this site they will need to be able to record their voice using their computer and then the website will have to insert the new voices into the app and return that app (with the new sound files) back to the user. I have no idea what level of work this requires but I am counting on you to help me understand it and to provide me with a good quote for this work. Additionally I have planned out another further 7 various titles that I will want to create using this same format but with shapes, items, clothing, etc. I will later want to make this an iPad app and also an Android app. Please contact me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. -- Andreh
