Data analysis in excel for our company

My company has collected data for consulting firms and would like to carry out a number of statistical data analyses to see the relationships between the different variables. There are several variables we collected so there is plenty of room for a range of analysis like regression, anova, distribution. We are looking for somebody well versed in excel and data analysis to help create two hypothesise about factors affecting employee retention and analyse them for preliminary findings so that we can conduct more research. The dataset is attached. The freelancer will choose will continue with us for the course of the research.
