Want someone to design a Excel formulated sheet which calculates employee salary and incentive as per the task & target that is given to them on a daily basis. For example, there are 10 tasks that an employee has to work on a day and he is only able to achieve 8, the Excel should be so smart to show that 20 % of the task is not completed and gives a employee rating for the same day. Like 8/10 End of the month on a average rating system, we can easily calculate the employees incentive and payout. Let me know how can you help me in this?
