We are trying to build the formula to extract a single point of historical price data in Excel from Yahoo Finance. For example, in the attached spreadsheet, we have used the =Webservice and Yahoo quotes formula to extract the stock and managed fund prices from Yahoo. However, this is only limited to the latest trading price and not a historical price say 31/3/17 or 30/04/17. We would like someone to build a formula or alternatively using other methods such as VBA so we can get the historical price from Yahoo Finance at any historical dates. For instance, we can enter 31/12/16 and the price as at that date for BHP, CBA, Fidelity and Platinum, etc will be automatically displayed. Thank you. *You will need Excel 2013 or higher to use the Webservice formula.
