fix an excel/word/outlook linked project

I currently have a program that was constructed several years ago with Office 2010 and Windows 7 Pro. It uptakes a report that is generated on word, populates a program on excel that then sends emails through outlook. It has worked well until Office 2016 and Windows 10 Pro and now fails to work on this platform but still works on 2010 and Windows 7. Several iterations of this program have been adjusted to work on Office 2016 and Windows 10, but I recently discovered that I did not have this one updated. The Freelancer that did the last fix is not visible on Freelancer currently. The program resides on a server, and must be able to be used on individual desktops across arenage of: Windows 7 Pro Windows 10 Pro Windows 8 Pro Office 2016 Office 2010 I have attached a sample of the Word document. This can be several pages long, and each page, or every other page, may have new header. I have attached the program on excel. This will, in turn, communicate with Outlook and generate the emails in a specified email account While my description is quite long, the project was very brief and simple the last time it was performed. Rapid completion is important. Please advise. Thank you
