Hi..This is Nandini. I am looking for a freelance macro writer who can prepare the monthly scorecards for a process in my organization. The work currently is done manually and the scoring is based on certain criteria and performance metrices. The work needs to be automated and the scorecard needs to be linked to the performance criteria. We are looking for a macro writer with minimum 2 years experience and who is well versed in macro creation, MS excel and Google platforms. The performance criteria that we are looking for is Average Handling Time (AHT), First Response Time (FRT), Quality score, Customer satisfaction score (CSAT), Process knowledge Test, Audits done and Escalations raised.
