Required Domestic Telecallers

Hi guys We are a team of bloggers, web designers, social media profiles. We have been helping small business house to compete with MNC, Ecommerce companies. We create blogs and websites for local companies and business. Requirement: Female candidates will be preferred. Candidate should have great communication skills with convicing abilities for visiting the customer. Hindi, Marathi, English are mandatory. Candidate should work independently and update all excel sheets provided as per instructions. We will be povided the list of customers to call. Responsibilities: Candidate Should be familiar with Excel, Google, FB, whatsapp, etc. Candidate will updated each and every customer details in excel sheets with proper formatting. There are no targets, but we need daily 5-6 confirmed visits. Confirmed visits will be calculated at the end of month and incentives will be provided if the count is more than as expected. For eg 5-6 visits counts 150+160 visits per month, if the visits are more than 150, you will be earning incentives for each and every sale or closing the leads. If the visits are more the chance of earning is more. 5-6 visits comes to 1-2 sales, 8-10 visits comes to 3-4 sales. Simple logic, the more visits the more sales you can generate.
