I have a word template that are used to fill out medications. What I need to be done is two things
Replace the MONTH............. YEAR............ DATE...........
With a DATE and a drop down menu where you chose a date
When a date is set the form needs to change DATE TIME from the start date.
So if we get a client in on the 20th of July 2017, we choose that date and then the date starts from 20 and continues 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19.
Today it starts from 1 and goes all the way to 31. The problem we face is that we got a client in at the end say 25th and then they stay for a week and you need to make a new form for the next month. By choosing the date it will start from this date and continue to the next month on one form.
It's important that when you choose a date that it knows how many days it is in that month.
If you are not able to do this changes in word, you can convert the document into an excel document
