VBA excel email autogenerator

Based on given data to be put in specifc tables in Excel, it's required to develop a program in excel to send emails automatically via MS Outlook or to just open them in screen (user has to choose it somewhere in the program) Possibility to attach file from a folder automatically if user set it up. Huge and massive emails. Possibility to group several rows in one single email per a key reference indicated by the user. Check prior all the emails with incorrect format addresses or in blank and advise user for correction. Emails to be generated has to follow a pre defined design. If possible create a log where each time an email is created through this program, a second spreadsheet is auto registered with user name, date/time and references. If possible (but nice to have) attach a second file with an encrypted file that could only be opened with a password to be defined by the user in the tables (to be defined the best attachment format file - should be one that requires password to be opened before)
