adding to my filemaker 19 project

1- when i select a paiment mode (unpaid ) the paiment selection tool need to stay there and since it only the porter au compte(some buisiness account pay us in 30 day ) so we need to be eable to have that option move into the report section paid or unpaid that way i can do my statement account and my unpaid statement 2-i will need to have a excel estimation file that we made and incorporated into my filemaker database 3- the whole filemaker need after 5 min of inactivity to go back to the main menu 4-we need to create a call follow up diagram with question and we just fill the answer so we have note later down the road so one tech can make a price and have this locked in so the next tech they get the phone will still be enable to follow and not make error and when we want to make this (phone call become and appointment ) it either goes into the invoicing or into the calendar and this is where my 5 point is important 5- i need my filemaker to be enable to work and show google calendar in filemaker so i can use the text function into the calendar that already work to manage the appointment and everything need to work in filemaker and goole calender so anything that done by filemaker will show up and vice versa 6- there a texto application already installed into my filemaker database but i need to press manually the update wondering if we could automate this function 7- on one of my page there a edit fuction to add more to my list of predetermined text and amount abd for some odd reason it wont let me add more to the list
