Filemaker Database Development & Training for Small Business

We need to find an experienced Filemaker developer to work with us on building a database from scratch. They will be able to work collaboratively and demo their previous database experience with client references that we can speak to. We are a small 9 person consulting business that needs to systematise a range of CRM and finance systems from manual/ spreadsheet/ app based management to one integrated system that takes less man power to administer. We would like to work on a project fee basis and are interested in your quotes once you have a good understanding of the scope. Work to be undertaken:- Set up database architecture. Set up relationships to enable related data to be viewed from each table. Build user-interface with clear layouts for both list and detail views. Create a dynamic menu bar to allow easy navigation and to only allow menu items to be seen if the user has the requisite access privileges. Create dashboards to enable users to see information pertinent to them as advised. Create automated scripts to allow tasks and functions to be performed quickly and efficiently. Test import of banking data and creating of procedures to reconcile transactions to necessary parts of the database. Test data import and creation of scripts to automate the process shortly before Go live date. Advise on the purchase of the necessary software and oversee installation/setup. Create iPad- and iPhone-compatible layouts to enable more practical user-interface on mobile devices. Implementation of offline syncing engine and functionality. Deployment of test databases and test-syncing Import latest data from existing systems (where possible) Provide training for users of the database. Go live.
