Online Banner Ad Designer - Needed

Hello, My company wants a freelance 'web banner ad designer' who has skills to: - Design Banner Ads based on design details provided by the customer. At times the designer will have to create banner ads without expecting too much inputs from the customer other than basic details. - Create flash banner ads, static banner ads - Create Banner ads with links and buttons The freelancer will be given work based on demand and will have to provide the designs in requested sizes in a defined decided time period.
