Need VERY small exe with db access

I need a VERY SIMPLE .EXE program for Windows 98 that will: - Show one form showing the date and Time in BIG fonts and an input field - Users will type their usernumber (or it will be scanned by barcode reader and typed in field automatically), and press ACCEPT button. - User will be identified from a simple dbase table and message "THANK YOU USER X" will be displayed for 15 seconds. - User X with time and date of input will be saved in another dbase table. THAT's IT !!!!! Simple input form, save data in dbase Program will have to be a Windows 98 / Windows XP executable. If possible ONLY ONE .exe, if not installer will be required. As u can see, it should read and write standard dbase files. IT will have to open FULL SCREEN when maximize button preseed. It should take ANY programmer less than 1 hour to do this. I expect to have a program in a couple of hours, and will do a later revison / changes. VERY SMALL PROJECT I would like to see bids for not more than $30 since this is VERY SIMPLE project PM me with product you will use, languaje and final product description of exe. I need this done immediatly so bid ONLY if you are an experienced programmers that can turn this in 2 to 3 hours after choosen. If not, I will give NEGATIVE feedback. Thank u
