Create an exclusive specific sport game in flash with world class graphics / sound for online playing

I require the development of a flash game including its source code, exclusively for me. You the coder will also provide / include the graphics, soundtrack and sound effects which shall be professional. I will deliver the basic concept / idea for the game, and you, the developer are allowed certain liberty in order to fulfill it: I will not be behind you, correcting everything, as I need only as a final product a nice game with good playability and in general terms compliant with my provided idea. The game will be used in an online flash game website. The game will be about 580x460 pixels and need to have a .swf compiled size of less than 3 megabytes The game will be based on a certain sport. It will include a start menu / splash screen, an instructions screen and the game itself. Start menu / splash screen: Includes a PLAY, INSTRUCTION and MORE GAMES (which will be an URL supplied by me) buttons. In the background I need o include a graphic (a sports player) doing a cyclic task (i.e. a soccer player, moving a soccer ball with his / her feet). At all times, will display in the lower right side of the screen, a written url with a link (url provided by me). Game: Simple, like for example, avoiding certain obstacles or items thrown at the player, while collecting others. Includes a selector at the beginning with a few dificulty levels which will affect the number of obstacles in the game itself. Graphics: will need, at a minimum, a scrollable-background design, five or six objects to be thrown at the player and the player itself ). Sound: Three or four sound effects (could be stock effects from free library you might have) and royalty free soundtrack, popular modern latin rithm while playing and another soundtrack for startup menu. Time Frame: I would like it -as usual- ASAP My Background: I've been coding since 1985 and I am currently in several software development projects so you will be able to talk to me "in the same language" when discussing the game. If everything goes OK, this will be only the first of several games you shall develop for me :)
