Very specifically avoiding a full-service GC - I'm pretty handy myself and looking to do most of the assembly and installation work myself with assistance. Looking for an affordable handyman I can trust to do good work at a reasonable price. Here is what is needed - please provide itemized pricing for the project if you are interested. 1) Measure and lower the pony wall, behind the sink (see kitchen photo), to countertop level. Reposition existing 2 electrical outlets to back side of the wall. 2) Demo existing cabinetry 3) Backsplash (undecided) 4) Undermount cabinet lighting (undecided) 5) Cabinet Install (undecided) 6) Recessed lighting (undecided)
