Hi, I'm a research programmer with over 10 years experience in development, analysis and research of spatial systems. I can help you in this project. 1. NDVI from Landsat is relatively simple, I have spatial analyst extension and can get it sorted sooner. 2. Fractal analysis - I assume you are looking for a hausdorff dimension estimate here. I can use python python to generate stats for you here, If not so please detail the type of fractal analysis you are looking at. I need few additional information here, 1. Hello, As this seems to be that your ultimate goal is to analyze urban sprawl using the satellite images. previously i have done fractal analysis for Urban heat island. I am a postgraduate in Remote sensing & GIS and currently working as GIS Engineer at RMSI Pvt. Ltd. If you offer me this job, the job will be completed within two days and one whole day will be dedicated in writing the result and discussion part. I will be using Envi 5.0 for processing the images and to do the analysis part, but if you want it on open source platform then it will be done using R.
