Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and can help you -
based on your other project - https://www.freelancer.com/projects/website-management/domain-recovery/ - your website was hacked, correct? And your Google Maps map is probably displaying an error "for development purposes only", right?
So based on the assumption above:
1. For website recovery and securing I need some kind of access. WordPress (or website login) will probably not be enough since it was hacked and can be practically happen again even if password is changed.
So access to cPanel or DirectAdmin or whatever website control panel you have to manage your website would be almost ideal, if not SSH (Secure Shell) access as well.
If you've meant expired domain and need to recover the pages but your hosting is gone then it can be only recovered from Google Cache (if in 30 days after removing) and Web Archive repository.
2. For the maps solution Google Maps requires periodical refresh of the their API (Application Programming Interface) access and that is the reason why it gives you an apparent error. While this can be solved with new keys why don't you eliminate this possible happening in the future again?
OpenStreetMaps with Leaflet (javascript) library offer the same and sometimes better mapping features for free.
So the plan is to replace your map with Google Maps API with similar OpenStreetMaps (zooms, markers etc).
Looking forward to your reply and hope you're safe,
Matt
