Icon and screen graphics for an iPhone app

I need the following deliverables for the iPhone app: - An app icon - A startup image - A gradient image which acts as a background image - Two small icons. ## Deliverables Here are the details: 1. The name of the application is "vtok" (as in we talk) 2. The theme color that I am thinking for the icons and design are shades of green. Consider the following shades (all quite close): #00aa77, #00bb88, #00cc99, #00ddaa and see which ones you can use best for the purpose. Everything in the app and the images described below should be one of these colors along with WHITE. 3. Being a designer, if you do feel strongly about a different color choice being more suitable, then please let me know (or show me). 4. Apart from the artwork in png and jpg, I will also need them all in the vector graphic format (psd for whatever format you choose to create in). Requirements for the deliverables: 1. The app icon This is the toplevel icon that the user sees on the home screen of the phone. It should make use of one of the green colors and white and the name specified above. 3 sizes in png: 57x57, 72x72, 114x114 1 size in jpg: 512x512 2. The startup image This is the first default image that is shown while the application is loading and covers the entire phone [login to view URL] should make use of one of the green colors and white and the name specified above. 1 png image of size 320x480 3. A background image. This should be an elegant gradient image using the colors mentioned above. This will be used as a background image for screens withing the app. 1 png image of size 320x416 4. Two small icons: a video camera and a mic. 3 colors each: green, red, amber 2 sizes each: 64x64, 40x40 IMPORTANT: Please provide a mockup concept or watermark versions so that I can see if I find the work suitable for this project. At the least, I would like to see the app icon (the more the better). Based on what I see, I will choose the most appealing submission for the project.
