570846 Graphics Artist games ios apple 2d and maybe 3d

We are looking for a full time graphics artist to add to our team with exsperience in design for mobile applications. we usually use odesk but decided to try here instead.. but we have 5 star rating on odesk and have worked with many people there if you want to veiw our profile let me know. We make mainly games and we want someone very good to add to the team. Someone that can make amazing graphics.. you must have a portfolio we can looks at. We are looking for someone afordable and over seas. We do not work with anyone in China at this for full time positions. You must speak fluent english and be able to understand the requirments in english. You dont need to have exsperience on odesk, but you must have it somewhere and show us this. We have posted this add on many freelance sites and we are aware of what a graphics artists charges over seas, so we will not look at your profile if you are asking for high rates because i realize alot of people on here inflate their actual dollar for some reason. We are looking to pay a full time monthly salary to one person who is working by themself and is available random hours and is not working for another company that is contracting them out on set 9-5 hours. Sometimes we need things on odd hours so i need someone who will be able to be flexible with us. You will join a team of 6 people and will have trainging from us as to what we require. We are all very friendly and work close together daily from all over the world. We also have spanish speaking people on our team if that is something you would like. things you have to have -Flexible hours -very good at 2d -tell me what software you use, paint shop, illustrator - possibly exsperience with mobile games - good work ethic and able to meet deadlines -able to work full time -possible 3D skills - making 2d look 3d is important - other skills let us know , video, audio etc... ? - able to follow directions and do proper sizing.. -Able to creat characters from scratch You get access to our shutter stock account to make the process go faster so you dont have to do it all from scratch. We will test you out if we like your work and then hire full time from then on out. Our stlye is cartoon like but we like all different types of art and appreciate different things. It does not allow me to select a monthly salary in this project area so we can discuss if you are intrested thanks :)
