I am looking for a website developer and designer to create an API, CSM and Database that can correspond with Affiliates for a cash back website. The website must be RWD(Responsive Web Design). The website must be functional and simple, with an easy to use CSM admin panel and member oriented interface. Graphics for the site should be, again, simple and easy to read. For the CSM, I will need the various modules: a site-wide summary of data, users, etc. , the ability to add/edit stores, the ability to add/edit coupon codes, ability to add and manage blogs, a FAQ module, static page manager, newsletter/email subscriptions, collection of website images/videos, links (add/edit/remove), detailed cashback reports, detailed user reports, user tickets (customer support), affiliate networks, and website settings. Website will make use of payment through: NEFT transfer,Mobile Recharge and Giftcards e.t.c.,
