OLDS – Leadership Portal Enhancements v2.0

The Online Leadership Development System [OLDS] is a Leadership Portal Development tool developed by Navigos which replaces the former tool referred to as NLDS. The previous Navigos Leadership Development Systems [NLDS] is a series of "disconnected" assessments, tools, solutions...etc. utilizing various sources like office word processors, spreadsheets, data-flow diagrams, self-contained database management systems, various online self-contained cloud solutions...etc. to achieve the goals of the organization and its clients. We are gradually moving ourselves off of these systems to create a comprehensive "connected" and "cloud-based" system that meets the needs of our organization. We have multiple projects we need to achieve within a very short period of time. Some of the projects include: 1) OLDS Portal Development v2.0 2) Open-Source eCommerce Integration 3) Open-Source LMS Integration 4) Open-Source Web Conferencing/Collaboration Integration 5) Designed Course Management Integration 6) Mobile OLDS System (Standalone & Enterprise Editions) We are looking for developers/development teams that can help provide us with the quality, flexibility, functionality and creativity we seek within the constraints of our budget, timeline and demands. Our current environment consists of the following variables: OS: Ubuntu 12.04 WEB: Apache 2.2 DB: MySQL 5.5 LANGUAGES: PHP, Perl, Python Currently this Project is to provide a quote for enhancements to our current OLDS Portal product. The Project is entitled "OLDS – Leadership Portal Enhancements 2.0" and it includes (1) New Features and (2) Enhancements to already functioning components of the system. The system includes an Administrator Access similar to what you might find as an administrator of a WordPress site but with a much more limited feature-set. It also includes the main Portal which users access to (a) take assessments, (b) monitor/manage their performance, (c) assess their strengths/weaknesses, (d) collaborate with others, (e) access reports...etc.. We need to enhance this system to meet the demands of our clients. we currently need the following enhancements. *****************please see attached document for this section which describes this project in more detail and was removed for the sake of Freelancer word restrictions***************** All of these features, tools, enhancements...etc. are already actively used by our clients so the majority of the difficulty is "webifying" each of these enhancements and building programming logic to make them work. For the most part the structure and design of the portal is complete but we are always looking to enhance our products so we will look for "ideas" and/or "challenges" related to our approach from our expert development community. Our approach is always simple, minimalist, user-experience driven and functional/pragmatic. We hope to partner with others who share the same ideals in their SDLC.
