Design an App Mockup

Im looking for a rebelious spirit who's not afraid to take a chance and in whom creativity is expressing like the breath itself and not something he has to learn . Creativity cannot be learned, its somethng coming from within, its an expression of the uniqueness of that individual, only techmiques can be learned that will help one to express on the outside that which is flowing from within. Someone with experience will be most advantaged but anyone has the oportunity, its all within the individual. The project in itself has all the qualities and functions of a photo collage app, but its not. More details ill share with the right person that will fit the project. To have an idea about the design and functionalities of it, ill share these two apps so one will get an idea of what i need in regards to design.
