We need a traffic exchange script to be made with the following.... - A Web based viewer - Custom website view time - 1 point per 30 second up to 10 minutes. - We need to allow multiple sessions to be ran - Make sure no one has multiple accounts - We need to have anti ad-block and anti proxies detection - Extremely secure - We also need to have a referral program where users earn 10 percent of the points of those who they refer. The traffic exchange site will have a heavy emphasis on YouTube monetization. This must be 100% custom PHP coding. As a good example of what we need, we need a script similar to the one that [login to view URL] uses. Feel free to create a test account on [login to view URL] so you can actually log in and view the features that they offer.
