Im looking for manila based artists Planning to give my brother a cartoon drawing of him playing basketball where in half of him wears a cover all and half of him wearing his highschool varsity jersey. Similar to kobe driving to the hoop guarded by lebron. Big head, small body cartoon. With the game being held a basketball court inside an airplaine hangar with a part of a plane as part of a back ground. His birthday is april 15 so im hoping to have it by the 10th. Im not familiar with the budget but some guy offered me 500 to have it done unfortunately the guy never replied back.
