Create Logo + Custom Coming Soon Web Page

We are launching a project in the Cryptocurrency industry and require a custom logo and coming soon page developed that is unique to us, modern with design and color, and has the overall feel and show of cryptocurrency. HTML5/CSS3/jQuery experience is a must. There is not many feature requirements to this other than the above, along with perhaps a couple of widgets that show the live currency value of any defined one. In depth will be shared with the person awarded the project.
