The Brief: The brochures will be distributed to resident in condominium estate. The main risk is that they will be ignored, or worst, thrown away before even reading. Thus the brochure need to be catchy, and succinct, such that even if they do not need the service, they will keep the brochure/flyer for future reference. The Contents: 1）Two Main Areas of Services: i) Handyman Services: Plumbing • Fixing - leakages,clogs etc • Installing new fittings– heater, faucets, sink, etc Electrical • Lightings – fixing and replacing (to LED) • Replace switches Installation, Assembly, Mounting • Furniture assembly • Mounting mirrors, decorative arts, TV General handyman services • Carpentry, fixing hinges and etc • Replacing locks and more.. And many more services up the sleeves ii) Home Improvement Services • Plastering and Painting • Sound-proof your doors • Repair and Restoration • grouting , parquet and marble flooring • furniture • Install IP Camera, NAS storage, motion detector and etc • And lots more……. 2) General Selling/Pitching Section - I will decide on the exact text to be used later. Do keep an area for that.
