We have an idea for a new website that operates in a way close to that of contest websites. This website will be on the smaller side but must be flawless and with excellent security. This can be built on any platform as long as it meets our strict requirements listed below. The Website: -A user creation page with option to join our mailing list -Home page with list of "contests" with a way for users to upload text documents to individual contests -A way for us (site owners) to review user submissions and retrieve them -A ToS popup upon account creation -About us page -Social media integration -ZERO security issues -A way for us to upload new contests onto the site seamlessly -Checking of email addresses and IP/MAC addresses to ensure only one contest entry per person -payment gateway for visa, paypal, stripe, etc. This is just a general overview of what we need as more details will be discussed once interviews are conducted. We do not have personal experience building websites so all suggestions will be heard.
