Front end and Wordpress Developer - Monthly salary for a virtual team

We are a small virtual start-up web development and design company. With our team based in Nepal, India and Pakistan and networks in Australia, the UK and the USA. We are looking to add to our virtual team, an employee from India or Nepal who can work on a monthly salary, and who can be a long term member of our team. The starting monthly salary will be $350 USD per month. After 3 months trial this will then be moved to $400 per month. Your hours of work that are expected are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 4 hours flexible time over the weekend. Total 44 hours per week. If we have no work for you to do, we are happy for you to do other freelancing work BUT when our work is sent to you, you must do this first, apply commitment and speed and do not be dishonest or lazy. We use time doctor to track hours and we will be manually assessing your work achieved weekly. We are offering someone the chance to work from home, no office, and to have a very flexible work and lifestyle balance. You should have the following skills fr us to consider you - PSD to HTML conversion: 100% pixel perfect appearance of the psd after it has been coded. Preferably DIV based and tableless HTML5/css3 with w3c validation. All websites should be responsive and will work in IE7, IE8, IE9, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, ipad , iphone and other mobile devices. - HTML to wordpress conversion. We need someone who is very knowledgable in converting to wordpress and who has worked with different themes and who can also research the best themes to use for different designs. - Wordpress configuration skills. - PHP skills - Documentation and best practice standards aswell as an ethical attitude - Quality written and spoken english skills - The ability to work within a team and take direction - You must have a quality and stable internet connection - You must be able to begin immediately - You must be able to be reached on skype at all times and have a quick response time - Experience with bitbucket, basecamp, jira and other testing and coding tools will be highly regarded - SEO experience will also be highly regarded We are only looking for freelancers, no agencies.
