Graphic Designer needed for ongoing tasks

We, a small Online Marketing Agency in Flensburg, are looking for a freelancer that is keen on working with us on an ongoing basis for the development of graphic design gigs for our customers. Those are e.g. Catalogs, Business cards, Flyers, Stickers, Animated GIF's, Social Media graphics, Stickers, etc. The interested individual should be a one-man team and not a corporate business where we'd pay more for the management than the freelancer him- or herself. We are not looking for individuals who try to fulfill any quotas and a thorough test will be carried out to make sure that we're not working with a big corporation (hereby I mean offices with more than 4-10 employees). Those who ignore this, will not get a response and need not reply. We are looking for a true freelancer who has the right mindset, the right drive, and motivation, one that knows and honors their deadlines. The candidate preferably comes from the European market and/or has a deep understanding of the market itself. A deep understanding of Online Marketing, its goals, and target audiences are an advantage. The budgets of our clients range from small, medium and large, which the chosen freelancer would need to adapt to in terms of pricing. If all the above is met and a line of communication is established, the interested individual will get a test-case and later work with us remotely on an ongoing basis.
