Help me with Internet Marketing

Hello There, I'm Lorenzo and we are gonna building another startup. We are a team of three people with experience in marketing and UX. Thanks to my experience like employee and then like employer and thanks to the mentor I'm following I'm gonna building this startup following the Lean Startup method. We are organizing the prelaunch campaign and then we will go on with a Indiegogo croudfinding campaign. Both of this steps will help us to modify the project to be better designed on customer experience and needs. We've never loved to have a physical place where I must go every days for 8 hours. So we will build this Startup based on a liquid mode where people can cooperate working and living in a more free way. Here what we are looking for: We are selecting teams of people in every main States to be the Country Manager of the project. They must work on many aspects like graphics, social media managing, community managing, mail marketing, influencer and testimonial scouting. They will be our "Your State" company core. We will work for objective and not in work's time. This is not a purpose of hiring but a purpose of cooperation, to be part of our company like members. The road map is: 25 days of prelaunch, 45 days of crowdfunding, 30 days after that we will be on the market with app providing the service. What we offer: Starting lean and let people working for objectives and not hours. As real members we require the team to invest his competence and time to let possible growing in your country. We provide 10% of all the profit that the team will generate by their work. More work, more abilities and bigger will be the market they will generate. It will be like to be cofounder but without need to invest any money. We will building the strategy and we will provide good guidelines to produce the best result. Looking at the road map you easily understand the time steps requested to invest. A good composition of the team is made by: - 1 skilled in social media managing & content creation - 1 skilled in graphic - 1 community manager & digital PR - 1 mail marketer & copywriter - 1 ads manager & data analyst As anyone that has developed an innovative project know, we can't give here all the details. We are already investing 6 months of our life, night and day, in this project and 10k € and we has already done a test to validate the busness model that works very good.
