I need to built a WP Template & separate desktop app

Hi there, I am looking to have 2 separate projects developed. The first is to create a website similar to that of [login to view URL] (HHS). I would like you to scrape the property data, images, addenda and map info from HHS and repopulate it onto a WP website that you will also create. It must offer the same search functionality offered on the HHS site, including the ability to import LIVE, real time data. For example, if a property is no longer listed on HHS, I do NOT want that property to populate on the new site. Also, there would be no contact information for the actual listing agent. All requests for further information, including requests to see the property, would be directed to myself. My contact information for replace the information of the actual listing agent. In addition, I want to add a radio button (or something similar) asking the viewer if they are already working with a real estate professional. The 2nd project would be an app/program that will allow for the user to input certain search criteria for properties listed on HHS and allow for better manipulation of the data. For instance, the user may want to see all properties in a certain city and/or zip code that are available to investors, that have had a recent price reduction, that are uninsureable. They should still be able to filter for # bedrooms, # baths, square footage, price range, property type (single family, townhouse, condo, mobile home, etc). In addition, I'd like the program to do an auto-valuation so the user can compare the value to the list price. The valuation can be pulled in from a site like [login to view URL] or something similar. In fact, it would be nice if the program could pull in multiple valuations from a variety of online sources.
