I need some Graphic Design

Hello Freelancers, I am in the process of redesigning my website and need a few images created to make it just perfect. General Feel/Idea: Really simple black/white design with a simple art style. (I will include samples of the style). Images will include a sky with a sun and clouds. (At the top). Water with tentacles coming out. (At the Bottom). A old style plane with a large banner behind it. (Near top). A tentacle coming from the water all the way to the top of the page holding the company logo. (Which will be included.) Driftwood style boxes, used for all content areas and headers. Top Background (Sky): Image needs to be at least 2500px wide. Image height should not be more than ~150px. Image would include a sun and some clouds. Remember to keep them in the art style and black and white. Bottom Background (Water): Image should be at least 2500px wide by 400px high. Image will include black water with some small ripples/waves and some tentacles coming out of the water. The tentacles should be at least 500px from the center of the image. (The site will be using this as a footer and thw width of the page is 1000px centered. Plane with Banner Background: Image should be at least 2500px wide and ~75px high. Plane should be an older style with a Banner attached behind it. Banner will be used as the sites menu bar and needs 1000px of usable space. Banner needs to be centered. Banner tail and plane should not be included as part of the 1000px area. Large Tentacle holding Logo Background: Image should be at least 2500px wide by 5000px high. Image should show a tentacle coming from the bottom of the page up and around the banner and should be appearing to hold the company logo. Logo will be placed via HTML over the tentacle. A seamless repeat of the tentacle can be used to fill the image to the bottom. Driftwood Content Boxes: Main and side content will be displayed within content boxes which I need images for. Box headers should have a driftwood style image which a white text color title can be added over it. Box border can be driftwood sticks/whatever you think would be theme appropriate. 4 images, box header, left border, right border and bottom border would be fine as I will use HTML/CSS to place them together.
