We need some one to design & develop a custom website with the purpose to: 1) Lead generation, and marketing - SEO ready/optimised. 2) Simplify and improve work flow around order taking via the website The website front end (accessible by the public) will have informational pages as well as an eCommerce system for clients after they login, to place orders, request product lists etc. Prospective customers may view the products on the website - but not pricing, and can apply, but must be manually accepted. The system will keep a record of the client’s past orders and quantities for faster and easier product ordering. When logged in clients can view past orders, use past orders to pre populate their next order, and/or request a quote. The request quote and past orders will be customer driven, and that the customer will select all the products and qty needed, and instead of ordering online, it will come through as an order request, to be processed manually at this stage. The evolution of this would be to fully integrate our ERP program EXO NET system with the website. (Intergration is possible via API access already available) Ideally the clients can order, and auto receive an invoice, while a pick slip/order doc is automatically printed for warehouse staff to pick and pack. We already have our site hosted with bluehost, and our site is currenlty a Wordpress site, but looking to move to PHP site if need be, as we currently have 3,000 product lines.
