Redesign current web site to make sleeker and add map functionality

Current website [login to view URL] is currently done in Wordpress but map functions are limited by wordpress plug-ins. Site must have features like zillow.com. If you do not know how to integrate a map feature and other features listed below, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME!!!! Some of the additions/changes are: • When map is moved around on the right panel, the main screen only shows those properties which are dotted on the map. User can still select those that are available or not available or both • When a property is clicked I would like it to look exactly like Zillow where the main photo on right and smaller ones to right and ability to click on all photos and view large like Zillow but do not need all the detailed information just what we already have as fields from the admin section. • When viewing properties by criteria or any other way those that are rented should be last and those available first but randomly generated not in the same order each time so all properties get same views that are available that meet users criteria. • When a new user is registered need their ability to post to expire after one year so they no longer have access and must pay • Search feature is not working correctly for bedrooms and bathrooms. • Photos and properties and entire site should load quicker • Admin panel to view properties must be easier to view and sort for the site admin and faster to load properties and quickly edit. • Entire site should have sleek and modern look and be IOS compatible
